She joined ADH in 2002, bringing 15 years of healthcare experience with her. She began her work as a staff nurse, rotating around the emergency room and wards before becoming an OR nurse where she demonstrated exceptional clinical skills. Her desire for financial independence prompted her to enter the BPO industry in 2011, her six year of experience working in corporate settings for foreign clients provided her with technical and interpersonal abilities on par with international norms. She received training in communication, customer relations and sales,. She was pulled back to nursing due to her passion for the healthcare industry. She returned to ADH in 2017 and resumed her role as a ward nurse.
She was selected as the safety officer a year later after being identified as having outstanding potential. During the pandemic, she was given the post as infection prevention and control nurse. She established plans and procedures for the ADH infection control committee in accordance with DOH’s COVID-19 protocols and being the team player that she is, was promoted to compliance officer and pollution control officer because of her outstanding performance. Currently, she is the chief revenue officer. The ancillary head as well as the sales and marketing departments are under her supervision.
