Myrel’s journey at ADH has been nothing short of remarkable. Starting as a Billing Staff in May 2021, she quickly rose through the ranks, demonstrating her dedication and dependability. Her extensive experience in Hospitality customer service from her previous role instilled confidence in the company, leading to her appointment as Assistant HR.

Myrel’s impact was felt immediately. She pioneered the implementation of a biometric system for timekeeping and payroll, streamlining processes and ensuring accuracy. Within just two months, she successfully recruited 28 Registered Nurses, a testament to her efficiency and networking skills.

During the transition, Myrel meticulously handled HR due processes, ensuring a smooth shift. Now, as the OIC HR Supervisor, she continues to excel, driving positive change and contributing significantly to ADH’s success. Her journey exemplifies the power of dedication, experience, and proactive leadership.
